| The business directory tool allows a club’s business partners and sponsors to market their services to a crucial part of the sponsors market place – the club’s supporters, and will also prove a key tool for clients wishing to maximize their sponsorship income. Sponsors are also able to make their products and services available to all site users in a way that integrates fully with the clubs existing web presence through full integration with the Red dot content management system already in use by all Sotic’s customers..
The club’s staff will be able to update and maintain the directory in house, providing a range of display options to sponsors via a series of templates that range from basic contact details to a full company profile – with club staff not only able to upload text but also photo galleries to highlight sponsors services or their involvement with the club.
The system, which is already in use by Guinness Premiership rugby club Gloucester Rugby (www.gloucesterrugby.co.uk/1873club/directory.php), also allows for the business in the directory to be catogorised , and filtered into easy to use dropdown menus on the live site.
As with all Sotic’s bespoke systems there is an easy to use client interface, with a ‘what you see is what you get display’ allowing for previews before information is made available to site users
